What is a Project?
A Project is a separate workspace within your account — ideal for managing multiple brands, clients, or business entities. Each project has its own contacts, campaigns, and settings. Plans include between 1 and 5 projects, and you can add more at $10 CAD per project per month.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and you’ll be billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my contact or communication limit?
We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your limits. You can upgrade your plan at any time to avoid interruptions. We won’t automatically charge you for overages without your consent.
Is the Dedicated IP add-on available on all plans?
Yes — the Dedicated IP add-on is available on every plan at the same flat rate of $35 CAD per month, per IP address.
