Do I need technical skills to use it?

No. The campaign builder, automation journeys, and templates are all drag-and-drop — no code required. For advanced setups, developers can use our webhooks and REST API, but most users never need to.

How much does Public Circles cost?

There are 7 plans, starting at $25/mo USD on the Start-Up plan and scaling to Enterprise. Each step up adds more contacts, higher email volume, and more projects. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Do you offer both USD and USD pricing?

Yes. Canadian customers are billed in USD and US customers in USD, so you always see prices in your own currency — a rarity among the big platforms.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need — changes take effect immediately and you’re billed pro-rata for the rest of the billing period.

What happens if I exceed my contact or sending limits?

We’ll let you know as you approach your limits so you can upgrade in time. We won’t charge surprise overage fees without your consent.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Can I manage multiple brands or clients?

Yes — multi-project management is built in. Depending on your plan you get between 1 and 5 projects, and you can add more at $10 USD/mo per project. Each project keeps its own contacts, campaigns, and reporting — perfect for agencies and multi-level companies or companies with more than one division / segment.

Can I connect my other tools?

Yes — connect our standard integrations in a few clicks, or use our webhooks and REST API for custom systems. Your data syncs in real time so every team works from the same source of truth.

How good is your deliverability?

We deliver at 99.9% on enterprise-grade infrastructure, with SPF/DKIM setup and built-in spam testing to help your emails land in the inbox — not the junk folder.

Do you offer a dedicated IP?

Yes — a dedicated IP add-on is available on every plan at a flat $25 USD per month, per IP, for senders who want full control over their sending reputation.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by granular access controls, and hosted on enterprise-grade AWS infrastructure. You stay in control of your data at all times.

How do you handle consent and opt-outs?

Consent capture and one-click unsubscribe are built in, and opt-outs are honoured instantly across every campaign, helping you stay compliant with anti-spam regulations.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there are no long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you won’t be billed for the next period.

What support do you offer?
